Specialist Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop. The Chocolates, Ice Cream, Jams and Chutneys in our shop are all handmade by ourselves here in the Ayrshire countryside. We are a small business with a big desire to produce outstanding products for you to enjoy at home or to make the perfect gift for your friends and family. Available as individual gifts or made into larger boxes or hampers, there is something to suit anyone looking for something different and special.
We took a group of 20 Primary age children for a chocolate making workshop as part of a holiday club activity. Workshop exceeded our expectations and all the children had a fantastic time- they are very keen to do activity again. Workshop included making chocolate bar, chocolate lollies, chocolate spoons, got to taste test a variety of chocolate and ice cream. Lime tree organised 2 quizzes all about the world of chocolate with an abundance of prizes- lots of chocolate!!! Workshop itself gave children great independence to become chocolate makers. On a personal note Lime Tree is popular in our household for the variety of ice creams. Would highly recommend chocolate workshop and Lime Tree products.
