Perched on a hill with sweeping views across the Bay and Med. Very traditional stay. It is hard to find and no Taxi can get to it. You will have to walk the last 25 meters (30 yards). Not a big deal. The rooms arw tastefully decorated but small. They have made good use out of every little bit of the space. WIFI was generally good in the room and breakfast area but not the roof top. Sidi bou Said is a cute village in blue and white but the main street through it is full of merchants who will want your attention and try to sell you their wares. Positive points 1. Nice Breakfast 2. Nice roof top area. The plunge pool is very small. 3. The kettle in the room 4. The staff spoke no English but we managed. They were kind. Improvements: 1. The front door to the property should be be opened on check out and in. Dipping to ger in the half door is not the best. 2. Water and coffee in the room should be replenished each day. 3. Have the front able to be opened, as is if you are taller than a child it is interesting to get in and out. Tip. You can get to the ruins of Carthage by a 10 min taxi ride. Download the Bolt app (like Uber) and it will save you having from negotiating prices and explaining where you want to go.

I stayed here for 3 nights during Eid time in May and I was so happy I did! There were not many reviews here as I think it opened during the pandemic and its very niche, so I was a little worried as I rely on trip advisor reviews when I book. The pictures do not do this place justice and the extra money was so worth it. The moment you arrive outside the front you know you are in for a treat! This Property only has 5 rooms, all of which are stunning (as I viewed them all), so have courtyards with views to the Sea, others are literally facing the sea so close you can touch it. The communal areas to hang about are idyllic. The whole place is decorated to perfection, curated with so much style and beautiful artistic flair, you will find it fascinating to explore. Honestly if you appreciate home decor and design this place is a dream, not to mention the pics you can take! Also the breakfast was a really special affair, laid out to perfection it really makes you feel well looked after. The atmosphere is like home away from home concept, cosy and the staff make you feel so welcome, particularly the manager and deputy manager. They only serve breakfast, but also lots of drinks whenever you want by the pool; magical Tunisian tea at sunset by the pool. I came slightly off season but in the summer I can imagine that pool to be heavenly with such an insane view. The rooms was so tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the snacks they would leave everyday in your room was a nice touch, not to mention delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this place, there is an uphill walk to the main Sidi Bou Said, about 10/15 mins, but it was good exercise for me, or an excuse for me to just stay and hang around the hotel. The beach is literally 3 mins away too which was very handy. It was a quiet upmarket area and honestly one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in to date. I can't imagine anyone regretting staying here! Also the Bolt application was awesome if you wanted to get around town, similar to Uber and so reasonably priced you don't need to walk anywhere if you don't feel like it. The hotel has definitely a great view. The location is near the city of Sidi Bousaid but it's a quiet place with clean air and an amazing view. The staff there is friendly. The majority of the food they surve there is very delicious, even though I'm very picky when it comes to food but i enjoyed eating there. I recommend it.

Set in Sidi Bou Said, 5 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, VILLA LANDALUCIA provides free WiFi. The units have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Some accommodation includes a terrace and a satellite flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning. A continental breakfast is available every morning at the property. There is an on-site restaurant, which serves a varie
Villa Landalucia has the potential to be an EXCELLENT hotel/Boutique, but unfortunately it lacks management. It is well located and the accommodation was great, it has a lot of caricature which makes you feel the vibe of the city of Sidi Bou Siad but on the other hand it has no hotel etiquette. On our first morning at the Villa we were received with a wonderful breakfast, delicious omelette (omelette, coffee, juice, cake, croissant etc) prepared by Amir, but that was it, our room was never cleaned the entire 3 night we stayed there, there was no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc), no clean towels ether, only liquid hand soap. On the second morning there was absolutely no staff present, there was another couple in the kitchen trying to figure out something to eat lol so I took upon myself to make us breakfast ( fried eggs, bread, cake and coffee, all that I found in the kitchen ;), I did not want to be in an Airbnb but that was what it felt like. Over all the experience was great but like I said I was not looking for a "do it yourself" type of place, as when I am on vacation I am on vacation specially if I am paying for the service I am expecting that service. I wish for them they can step up their management as it is a great location. Disliked · no toiletries. room was not made daily so no clean towels.

Ressourcement garanti!
We went to Sidi Bou Said for a few days. At Villa Kahina we enjoyed the v welcoming service (they kindly upgraded us as it was a birthday trip) and they managed to be v discreet too), we loved a properly amazing view on the Bay (both from the bedroom, the bathroom, the terrace) and a most tasteful place, in v simple whites and blues. It is rather different from the well established Villa bleue (where they have a proper and delicious restaurant, 24/7 staff, and somewhat more (too much?) elaborate decoration. It is definitely on a par in terms of attention to detail and breathtakingly beautiful experience. A bath with only the sea and stars to watch remains an amazing moment.
