Beautiful luxury hotel in the middle of a valley surrounded by chestnut trees and riverbanks. Only 15 minutes from Manzaneda Ski Resort and next to the Ribeira Sacra.
Very pleasant stay at this charming mountain hotel
Reviewed By frkappWe had a very pleasant stay at this mountain hotel and were not expecting it. The room and the service can only be rated as excellent, and are beautifully complemented by the surroundings in a valley between mountains. We highly recommend this place to anyone driving across Galicia as we did last month.

Reviewed By vsp_espCharming and peaceful hotel not too far away from city centre (definitely need to drive tho). The owners were pleasant. Only problem there are no markings for the country walks so we ended up getting lost and walking triple amount of kms not helpful when I was heavily pregnant!

Reviewed By dunl0076This place turned out to be the perfect place to take a vacation from the craziness of backpacking. The hostel itself is clean, warm and inviting. The kitchen is great for cooking and the backyard has a sweet wooden tower to watch the stars from. The staff is amazing. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and even drove us to and from the bus stop. An added bonus is the group of friendly pups that live there! Don't miss it!

This Galician palace built in 1740 has 9 rooms maintaining the stately charm of the time and taking care of all the details. Locales in a farm of more than 40 hectares with garden, animals, viewpoints, the Dan Larazo River and a farm to visit.
Un oasis tranquilo y hermoso
Reviewed By JesusLlamasEl hotel está a unos 6 km de Puebla de Trives (Pobra de Trives), a donde se accede por una carretera mal iluminada y estrecha. Es una antigua casona con varios siglos de antigüedad reformada recientemente y rodeada de unos terrenos bastante extensos con ganadería incluida. Ese es uno de sus mayores encantos: poder hacer una ruta senderista de una hora sin salir de la finca que incluye vistas panorámicas y un arroyo en un valle lleno de vegetación, una sorpresa muy agradable. Sobra decir que alojarse aquí supone una desconexión del ambiente urbano. Los ruidos que se escuchan son mayoritariamente los de los animales de la zona. La chica de recepción, Meli, fue encantadora y servicial, resolviendo los problemas (hora de llegada, cena en la terraza) con una sonrisa y amabilidad. La cama es cómoda y las habitaciones son grandes y sencillas, muy tranquilas y con decoración rústica bastante reciente. Son sencillas, acorde con la decoración del lugar. El desayuno muy bueno. Una pena que por culpa de la pandemia no tuviesen servicio de cena, pero nos facilitaron cubiertos y bebida para cenar lo que habíamos comprado fuera. En resumen: me encantó, MUY recomendable para un tiempo de desconexión.
