Very spacious handicapped room with a walk in shower. Built in bench in the shower. Two shower nozzles-built in one, and a handheld one. A huge fridge/freezer, microwave. Ironing board and iron, small coffee maker. Wide open room. Lots of counter space in the room. The only negative is the room is on the first floor right by the elevator which made it pretty noisy. All in all a great place. Breakfast was nice. Front desk helpful. Shower was hot. King Bed super comfy.

Passing thru around the Grand Lake area, was conveniently located in town where all others are way south of Pryor. Was impressed with the nice gentleman at the desk and clean room/bathroom, at a good price. Didn't check out any breakfast offerings. Will stay again when in the area.

Everything is closed, pool and hot tub, guest laundry. Rude signage everywhere stating "breakfast is for breakfast hours only" or "no visitors between 10pm and 6am. Just gave the whole place a weird vibe. Would stay elsewhere next time.

We reserved a month in advance a King room. When we arrived at 4pm, we were told that they had no more King rooms available. In addition, they only had queen rooms that were handicap accessible remaining! Our first room didn't even have a working TV. We were moved to "the only other available room" where the TV worked. Still a queen room that was handicap accessible. The refrigerator in the room had a faulty seal. We had to put a bag in front of the door to keep it closed. We asked for a discount for the issues, but they did not honor our request for that either. I will NEVER stay here again.

Safety and proper amenities are missing Shower bathroom has no grab bars nor hooks or shelves on which to hang clothes or towels. Sink hot water is not instant, takes about 30 seconds to arrive. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are cheap basic. Insufficient outlets. TV was big screen, great. Mini fridge and microwave sufficient. Lack of art, and tile floors make the room look sterile, forlorn. Bed was so-so, I've had worse. Good news, I could park immediately adjacent to the room door.

We recently stayed here one night while visiting the Tulsa area. The hotel’s plusses for us: a quiet room on the fifth floor, clean and fairly new fixtures and furnishings, nice beds and linens, cordial front-desk staff members, and a good breakfast before hitting the road. The hotel’s negatives for us: the undersized luggage carts; the elevators’ loud clang at every floor; the hotel’s internet being down when we needed to use the business center’s computer. In our room: the suit valet mounted right over the A/C control panel, blocking access to it (see photo); needing to run the water for five full minutes to get hot water to the fifth floor for a shower; the bathroom’s many design flaws (no shelf in the tub for even the bar of soap; towel hooks placed too far to reach from the tub; the tub’s safety grab bar installed in the wrong spot; the toilet installed smack up against the TP holder; the nonfunctioning bathroom sink drain plug; the bathroom sink faucet installed too far back to get your hands under the water). We are Hilton Diamond members and are very familiar with Hamptons (and Homewood Suites); this Hampton certainly was unique!
