Quaint, family run B&B nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. 2 recently refurbished, self contained rooms complete with en suite bathrooms. Both have full sized double beds and 1 room has the option of an additional single for small families. Each stay comes with full breakfast. Central location with easy routes to Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud or just a short walk to the Cotswold Way.
Denise made sure that the stay was comfortable for our infant son which was our top priority for this trip to UK. She upgraded us to the Annex which was perfect for a family with an infant. All the requested food items for our son were provided with the breakfast. Denise makes awesome breakfast- best omelette we ever had! She went above and beyond as our host :)

A beautifully located family run newly refurbished restaurant with rooms in the heart of the acclaimed Cotswolds, we are close to the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham with its colonnaded high street of top name shops and famous racecourse, though still rural enough to enjoy the many walking paths and bridal ways of this lovely county.
Stayed here to break our journey to Cornwall. We had the Art Deco room, which I really liked but my husband found a little cramped for his larger frame! So perhaps we’d try a different room next time. A special mention for the gluten-free options at breakfast - not only was there fruit and yoghurt, which we were expecting would be all that would be suitable, but also gluten-free cereal, pastries and toast. Definitely a little gem!

Very comfortable with a warm welcome from owners Greg and Iris. Excellent choice of items for breakfast, well cooked and presented. We felt totally at home and will definitely stay again to visit family in the area.

Court House is a listed building which seeps history through its walls; each room tells a tale of its own. As you enter the front gates you're instantly taken by its grandeur; you truly will never forget your stay at Court House. You will not find a better example of British countryside. Painswick is at the top of a valley and offers stunning views.
Hotel is stunning and full of potential but we experienced a lack of service for the price we paid:- Getting in through the gates on arrival took 15mins. Electric connections in room were very inconvenient. No dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays however the local pub was excellent. The hotel bar closed at 8.30 along with access to the external sitting areas - early night. Breakfast was buffet style, not cooked to order.

The Falcon Inn sits opposite a quintessential English village church with its famous 99 clipped yew trees sitting in its grounds. The Falcon was first opened as a coaching inn in the 16th century and carries out the aims of the coaching inn to this day, the transport to it is just a little bit different. Great food, service and hospitality are provided at value for money prices. Painswick is not to be missed and the Falcon is the place to stay.
We stayed here for a couple of days and had to write a review. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and fantastic modern bathrooms. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really really good, breakfast was also superb. The thing that makes it for us is the friendly and welcoming staff who went over and above to make our stay special. Rosemary is just fabulous. We’ll definitely be back

Our guest suites have independent access for coming and going as you please with free private parking on site by arrangement. Painswick is one of the most picturesque Cotswold Villages and provides a perfect location for holidays and breaks to explore The Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
Perfect B&B - spotless, modern, great quality throughout and designer style. The garden room was lovely, use of the garden furniture included. The accommodation has separate entrances, the breakfast was great. Great location for the South Cotswolds

It has no charm or character and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and redecorated. The dining room table is a piece of plywood and the furniture is tired and worn. It has the feel of a trailer park-not good. Plus, we had to share a tiny bathroom down the hall. It really is substandard for a B and B.
