Warmly welcome to Kayah Land Hotel. Kayah Land Hotel is located in downtown, quiet neighborhood. It lies beside BaLu Chaung River. Provides exclusive private parking lots. Restaurants nearby..
This hotel was not fancy; the rooms were basic but absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. The most amazing part of our experience was the incredible hospitality of the staff - so kind and welcoming at every turn. We have traveled extensively, and I simply can’t recall ever feeling this degree of genuine hospitality. Such a treat! Would surely stay there again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Demoso Lodge last week. We had the 2 best nights sleep out of our whole trip there. Although the nights were cold the staff thoughtfully provided an extra duvet in case we needed it. The lake was quite small due to lack of rain when we visited but it still attracted several bird species each morning. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and enjoyed each meal very much. If they don't have something on the menu the first night they might be able to get it for 2nd night as they did for us with the fishcakes. They will do laundry for reasonable price if you ask.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Gold Hotel is located in Loikaw. With a bar, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property provides a 24-hour front desk. Guest rooms at the hotel come with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. All guest rooms include a desk. Breakfast is available each morning, and includes continental and buffet options.
Not usually this long-winded... The pool area was not as relaxing as I’d hoped. One of the staff members talked so loudly at the upstairs restaurant, which is open to the pool below, that it was a disappointment. Elevator nice to have. Dinner with two types of noodle dishes that were very average, 3. Breakfast 7-10am was not geared toward a Western clientele, with only a couple of egg items and fruit. Vienna-type sausages truly tasted like rubber. Worst breakfast ever. Another breakfast at the hotel was an overcooked omelet, toast with jam, fruit and orange juice. Served in the enclosed dining hall on the 4th floor. There is also an open-aired seating area between the two eating areas. The other guests were extraordinarily loud, especially in the hallway outside our Room 101 which is next to the elevator. My daughter had Room 112, which is directly across from the elevator and adjacent to the front lobby. Room 101 also backed up to the street where you enter the property, so that was loud with tourists constantly talking. The hotel also had flashing lights flashing on a palm tree directly outside of the window, and the curtains were shear which made the room bright when you were trying to go to sleep. Choose different rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floors.

Nice facilities , Perfect rooms , Attractive scenery coz on the bank of Baluchaung River , Plus good services will surely be satisfied & complete to you .
Friendly staff with clean rooms and a good breakfast. Plus first hot shower I have had at a hotel this trip. The beds are very hard and a double is just two singles pushed together but still a great stay right on the river.

Relax and revive at Kayah Resort and discover Kayah State. Experience a range of cultural and natural attractions including natural caves, waterfalls, beautiful mountain sceneries, and meet the famous Padaung women, long-necked women wear brass coils around their neck.
We recently spent two nights at the Keinnara and really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was a great spot to relax, and the a la carte breakfasts (due to COVID) were delicious. The staff also were very helpful, giving us the number of good local hiking guides, and offering to arrange cars and boat transfers as well.

Hostel
Love it on the first visit. Love the bar and the room. Comfy, cheap and safe. Recommend for groups and couples. The food at the bar is also good. Try to visit their bar if you're staying at other hotel.

We loved the breakfast (fried noodles/rice with sandwiches and fruits). The bathroom was nice and clean. Good water pressure and hot water. The room itself was clean but with thinner walls. We were lucky as the hotel was not booked completely, so it was rather quiet. Could possibly be louder with more guests. A little bit expensive for what it is, but this seems to be the case for Loikaw overall. Unfortunately we were not able to pay with credit card (although advertised)
