We just had a week at this resort, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The resort is so well located for fabulous bike riding, and the outdoor heated pool is fabulous if you like doing laps. The weather was so good we didn’t use the gym but that is also very well appointed. We enjoyed a couple after cruises in the garden during the cooler evenings. Coquillade The staff are really outstanding, in particular - Laurie in reservations for finding us the most amazing room so we didn’t have to change mid week. Johanna the concierge for finding some books in English from my husband who had forgotten his kindle. Also for finding a In the bike shop and bringing it out to him by the pool on a tray! Incredible service. Emily at suppressor Italian restaurant for understanding and having the foresight to give the wife the French menu and the husband the English menu, also arriving with a half bottle of wine from the previous night without even being asked. The breakfast chef for making the most amazing egg white omelette, Yum Yum Yum congratulations to him. All the staff at this resource are simply amazing, they go above and beyond to make everything wonderful Brice in bike shop - fab Kelly and Christoph - breakfast - outstanding customer service always there just when you need a refill of the coffee pot Or anything else

I booked online based on photos shown which must be years old. No way that covid has caused such a demise of this hotel. years of neglect, lack of staff and cleanliness. 3 Llamas kept in back causing smell and flies, overgrown dead landscaping, pool deck dirty unkept, broken old furniture. room had closed up musty smell, shower had no door nor curtain. NO WIFI. no amenities in room at all, no bottled water, IBIS is better than this level of hotel. could not sit outside due to pooping Llama view, nothing had been swept or cleaned. furniture when we moved cushions huge brown spider walked out! unsure what else was in cushions. had to take shower without any sort of barrier, water all over flooring. zero WIFI you have to walk to front of hotel bar to get wifi none are in the room. Trying to share photos but Tripadvisor program keeps crashing, have many!

Gilles and Isabelle continue the festive tradition of offering superb cooking enjoyed at a communal table, something not so easy to find these days. Guests feel like family at a large holiday table--meeting people from France and other countries, learning about life in other parts of the world. My husband and I just had to return for this experience once again, this time for 8 nights. Both hosts speak English so communication among all is easily achieved. Gilles is a trained chef and his cooking is to die for.... Rooms are very comfortable and the outside sitting area quite pleasant for a relaxing aperitif before dinner. Dinners and breakfasts are copious, delicious and good value. The B&B is set back in a quiet setting of a vineyard- but also very accessible to a main road which makes it perfect for exploring a huge area of Provence: the numerous villages titled "the most beautiful villages of France", among them Gordes & Rousillon just next door and many others within a ½ hr drive. In about an hour one can reach Les Baux de Provence and the Carrières de Lumières, the Roman Theater & Arch in Orange, Aix-en-Provence, Château de Tarascon, Beaucaire, Abbaye de Montmajour, etc. a wonderful stay -many thanks Isabelle and Gilles! we shall return
