Good price, comfortable and friendly staff

Although my room was located on the ground floor, it was quiet and the sleep quality was good. It has a small window with no view because it opens to a small ventilation landing but it was enough to let in fresh air. The bed was large and comfortable and clean. The internet connection is good although not fast. It is more than enough for emails and web surfing but not too good for voice over internet calls. The breakfast was local but more than sufficient. It has warm and cold breakfast and plenty of fruits. The coffee was hot and refreshing. Good clean and value for money

The best in a 40 miles radius
Reviewed By Mikhail WThis hotel is definitely the best hotel in a 40 miles radius. Don't waste your time looking for a place to stay in Fernandópolis or any city near by. Staff is super friendly, the room offers great comfort, mattress is high quality, the shower is pretty damn good, specially if you drove for 6 hours from São Paulo. Before you leave, don't forget the free breakfast! Huge variety. There is a roof top bar with a nice terrace. Great hotel!

Reviewed By CintiaSBarbosaGosto muito de ficar no hotel Agua viva, moramos proximo a cidade e sempre que da, agente da um pulinho no hotel para relaxar um pouco, A Lena era um espetaculo nas cairipinhas, pena que ela não esta mais la, (eu acho),era uma outra pessoa qdo fomos,depois da reforma não fomos mais; espero que em breve podemos avaliar a nova gestão. Espero que a recepção tenha melhorado nas reservas ( antes era muita confusão!!!) sempre dava um problema ou outro,mais do resto é um custo beneficio ótimo, Não é caro, da pra relaxar, dar uma saidinha anoite para algum barzinho, a piscina é uma delicia,quentinha quentinha, parece que estamos em casa com o lugar, familiar...sempre vou em casal, ou com a turma de amigos .
