Maliba Lodge also offers a kids club to keep your little ones entertained.
Maliba is a very nice place to stay while visiting Lesotho. Its location in the mountains is stunning and the views from every angle are wonderful! We stayed in a Riverside Chalet that fit four adults and four children easily. The chalet was nice and comfortable but was lacking for self catering purposes. It has the basics but nothing extra (stock up on coffee if you dont want to make the trip to the lodge for your first morning cup) cleanliness was a 3.5 out of 5, nothing awful but cupboards are old and dusty and corners and small spaces are not well looked after. Overall we really enjoyed our stay the hiking that can be done right from the lodge is a major bonus. Restaurant was a 3.5 out of 5, as service and food ranged from good to great depending on the meal.

What a place such beautiful views and friendly local people. It’s a must do if people are ever near these mountains. Fresh air and simply couldn’t get enough. The park has been well taken care of and this shows.

We have stayed a few times and love the skiing, its a great place to brush up on your skills before heading off to Europe ... and they have the best instructors at a fraction of the cost. We are hoping to go back in June .... thats if they can be bothered to confirm receipt of my mail and payment for a booking. The team at the call centre and the reservations desk are absolutely useless ... they do not reply to mails, do not confirm bookings and cannot seem to explain the process at all !! I am surprised that they even have a business

The Maliba Riverside huts are traditional rondavels ideal for two people sharing. Equipped with an ensuite bathroom, a fire place for those chilly nights and a queen size bed. The Riverside Huts are located within the Ts’ehlanyane National Park and is situated on the bank of the Hlotse River with natural rock pools. Ideal accommodation for backpackers, passers-by or for anyone wanting a budget friendly stay. Guests can enjoy their breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Ugogo Bistro or Maliba Lodge restaurant, which is just a three minute drive from the Riverside Huts. Rates are room only.
Was absolute value for money .Received a warm welcome from the staff when we reached the place and are very helpful . The huts was lovely and cosy .Only requires more lighting at the braai place but I will definitely be visiting soon. Krishka

This was one of our favorite places to stay while travelling around southern Africa. The Guest House was easy to find, and the signs helped as well - although Google Maps was able to find the place. The staff was friendly, and the place was easy going where we immediately were able to relax and make ourselves at home. We had dinner and breakfast here, and the dinner was one of the better meals we had while on vacation (the pork chops were excellent, the pizza was good). The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The wifi was not working (being fixed the next morning), so the manager let us keep his phone for the night to use as a "hot spot" so we were able to have wifi for the duration of our stay. If/when we return to Lesotho, this is definitely where we will return to stay.

We are a good overnight stay, if travelling from Sani Pass or Afri-ski and Clarens. we are 18km form the caledonspoort bridge. From R300 per person including breakfast. We are a quite Guest House in the village where you can interact with villagers but still maintain your privacy and vacation. We have couple rooms, single rooms, family rooms and backpacker rooms for backpackers. We offer Hiking to individuals and groups at least 3 times a week, Campers are allowed with their own tents and get a free shower.
Motlejoa Guest house is a convenient and comfortable for an overnight stay. The room is clean and heaters are provided with lots of hot water for a really nice shower. The staff go out of their way to assist you with any request and they are extremely helpful. I definitely recommend Motlejoa Guest House to anyone.
