Great location but not at all cheap.
Reviewed By MarkF439So the hotel is right on the shore and some of the rooms have a large balcony (ours was larger than our room!). But - the room was small and cheaply furnished (plastic doors etc) - which perhaps was not what I expected when paying E180 fro one night. Breakfast was more of the same - completely DIY from machines and nothing home made. Butter from little plastic pats, mass produced jam, coffee from a machine (filthy by the way) - everything was done for maximum efficiency and minimal effort. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't paying E14 per head. Service was perfectly friendly, but aside from showing us our room and taking the payment at the end of the process, there wasn't any.

Calm, quiet hotel
Reviewed By GillyJ_11Stayed for two nights at this beautifully restored hotel. The building still retains some of it's late 19th century charm (banister and windows are still original). Although opposite the train station, the hotel is calm and peaceful, and the spacious room was immaculate with beautiful bedlinen, and had a lovely modern shower room.

Reviewed By wanderer19582015Spent a week here at the beginning of September. Overall really liked this site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location, we were able to visit quite a few places without having to travel for miles. Good Intermarche a short distance away. The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor one was great. I would love to have given it a 5 rating but there are a couple of things that let it down. The main one is the lack of water points around the site, they are only at the toilet blocks, which means that you have quite a distance from some of the pitches to go for water. Some pitches are not close to the toilet blocks. We had already read this in another review on here, so were able to take this into account when we arrived and were looking for a pitch. We had been given a site plan at reception and were able to walk round the site to choose a pitch. Very few pitches are flat and some have the electric points at the front edge, which could get in the way when getting on or off the pitch. However neither of these would put us off retuning to here and we have every intention of going back at some point.

Great for kids
Reviewed By 9mallen78A nice location not far from Quimper, which is a nice city, albeit in a cold part of Brittany. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the 9 hole golf course was excellent and the restaurant was adequate. Staff were very friendly. Overall, we would consider coming back and planning our ferry around this location for a couple of days next year

Great place to be at the see!
Reviewed By Jenny058This is a great place on the beach of Valentin Plage in between Le Croisic and Batz-sur-Mer. You have the Atlantic Ocean directly in front of you, with a nice beach, nice houses and pine trees alongside the beach. The resort Valentin Plage has a little swimming pool. There is a supermarket nearby (Intermarché) where you can buy fresh food and everything others you need. More nearby is a bicycle rental (in the Peugeot garage) and not to forget, a baker, open at 7 a.m. with fresh bread! Two kilometers to the west is the little harbour of Le Croisic, where there are many restaurants en other fine shops. And the station where a TGV stops, directly from Paris.

Un "tiny hotel" caché
Reviewed By Pierre CEn fin de période de confinement, il était libre et avec un peu plus de caractère qu'une chaîne. Je crois qu'il n'a ouvert que pour moi. Ma chambre était petite, surtout la salle de bains. Le quartier était calme, j'ai donc pu dormir fenêtre ouverte. La chambre était très propre et le lit rassurant et confortable. ATTENTION : le petit déjeuner à partir de 8h30 rend l'usage professionnel un peu délicat.
