Good Budget Trip with young children
Reviewed By markchowWell, I can review that this hotel is good budget for family with young children cause the hotel provided complimentary free-access to hot spring pool with cold water pool than those none hotel guest needs to purchase entrance tickets. The felda management had improved the cleanliness as compared year 2012 where the visitor can bring along food and make the area dirty. nowadays, they not permitted visitor to bring outside food to maintain the hyenine and cleanliness. Lastly, the hotel room urgently need replacement new furniture as well the toilet facilities to attract new visitors to stay at this beautiful hotel. The bathroom tub is not suitable for young children and elderly people since the bathroom space is limited and slippery where you can modify it into rain shower facility. If the Felda invest new WI-Fi connection then it will be fully awesome for guest. Overall, we are satisfy with the hotel during our trip and we are looking forward to come back for our organization retreat if Felda take serious on my suggestion. all the best.

Good budget hotel
Reviewed By idxWe've stayed in room 1104. The bed arrangement not as advertised where it's been moved to the left side, supposedly due to water leaking on the ceiling (stain, hole and mark visible). But the water still drop on the 3rd bed. New bed arrangement made us couldn't feel the cool air from air conditioner. Toilet sliding door was broken on its rail and hard to use. But the toilet was clean. Payment by cash or bank transfer only. Visa, MC or MEPS not available. On the positive side, the room was spacious with simple cloth hanger and good basic tv channel. Hotel also provide free coffea or tea sachet at common area with coway water filter. Staff was helpful. Location wise, the hotel located beside the main road and easier to acces convenience store nearby. You can walk along the alley at the hotel front side shop backyard which just been upgraded with new mural and new pavement where you can take phote and feel the charm of old tapah town.
