Reviewed By Janet MWe have now had three meals in the Mystique and each one has been fabulous. Renoo served us beautifully and Seam leads his team well with the chef Shuttat producing fabulous food. Well worth a visit or two!!

Reviewed By Sightseer60431331317From the moment we stepped in to the reception we were met with friendly attentive staff. Rooms are of a high standard and have huge comfy beds. We decided to upgrade our ocean view family room to a presidential suite for the last 4 days of our holiday and Kevin (manager I think) looked after us personally and made the transition stress free. Food and drink wonderful. Plenty of choice. Cannot fault it at all. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one. Still here for another day but we will definitely return next year.

Right from the pick up at the airport to our room, our view, our food, the taxi to see the sights - everything has been a delightful experience. You gave me a glimpse into the Oberoi culture, you outdid yourselves with your impeccable customer service. You showed me that the Oberoi resort and Mauritian culture are one and the same - warm, affectionate and very welcoming. Any establishment that has the capability to retain it’s employees for 20 plus years speaks for itself. Right from the time we entered the hotel premises. We received a grand welcome that we will always remember. Bhavna was our front office assistant that brought us to our room. Raj and Pritam brought our bags to the room and laid them neatly. Raj drove us in the BMW to take in the south trip sights. Mr Ghanshyam- the main chef at ‘The Rock’ Personally came out to talk to us and to give vegetarian options to my mom who never once felt like she had to compromise on the dishes. Nadir, Pritam and Darrel ferried us back and forth to the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner since my mom couldn’t walk the short distance due to a disability. They were always smiling and courteous and went the extra length to make her comfortable. The F&B manager- Nishal went above and beyond, personally looking into every detail . He was assisted by Mevin our server with a great sense of humor and great attitude. Aum and Omar were very sweet too. Hansy and Preety at the spa were amazing with their massage. Ashwinta and Razia were great housekeepers taking in every instruction and making our room look great every day. Natacha and Amanda at the reception were awesome to talk to and last but not the least - Raj. He is a veteran at this hotel and a great asset. You can tell how proud he is to represent Oberoi and how well he looks after every guest. We had a great conversation with him when he took us on the south trip in the hotel BMW. Every person we spoke to at the hotel had the same consistent warmth and affection. This also includes the GM of the hotel Mr Dhiraj Pereira! Very down to earth and nice. Together, they all made you feel like you were a part of their family. All in all- The experiences and the facilities this resort gives are second to none. We are coming back soon!!

Very disgusting and racist personnel, worst hotel ever been
Reviewed By angrycustonRegistration and check in took 45 mins. Had a problem in the room at around 18.45 hrs. Water flooding from the toilet and spreading in the corrridor. It took 1 hr for the hotel staff to intervene. After a very hostile discussion with one person named Sherina, she just bluntly told us that the best solution is to vacate the hotel and it was nearly 21.00 hrs ! She availed herself of this prerogative as we were local Mauritians ! Imagine yourself if it was foreign nationals being expelled from the hotel at night.l. When borders were closed local people were KIng, Taxpayers money were injected in the hotel's coffin just to keep the hotel alive. Now they no longer need the same taxpayer as foreigners are coming back. What a shame to this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to our dear countrymen.

La residence dispose d’une piscine et une vue imprenable sur la mer pour toutes les maisons et un agreable grand jardin. Un bonus : possibilité de demander à Madame Biana et vous initier à la bonne cuisine locale. Ses plats sont un régal. Nous vous la recommandons! Pour toutes les questions pratiques, il y a toujours une personne sur place pour vous répondre. Des sorties en mer sont proposées. Pour cette location, le rapport quallté/prix est excellent. A retenir.

The villas are located just 20 meters from the sea, with direct access to the beach. The villa is also between hotels, which are within 2 minutes' walk.

Reviewed By nutrichemistWe had a horrible experience staying at this Villa, we been told the cost €600 for 7 nights, last day Owner sent us an email about the car rental which we never asked for and charged €150 more, plus at Villa, TV, GAS,AC, Lights,Iron were not working Owner threaten to call the Local Police and Locked us inside with our Kids when we asked he did not mentioned anything about the car.....such a nightmare Villa experience keep away from this Owner
