Comfortable hotel in Bad Buchau at Federsee The Upper Swabian hospitality and the special atmosphere characterize the reputation of our family-run establishment for years. The house is since 1961 in family-owned and managed since 1984 by Edith and Peter Neudert with care and a lot of joy to the guests. The breakfast hotel has since been modernized and adapted to the needs of guests. Peter Neudert is a connoisseur of Upper Swabia with its many hidden nature and art treasures and guests are happy to help. Not only the ever-increasing number of business travelers, but also the large number of regular guests enjoy the comfort and tranquility of the house and feel at home. A delicious breakfast buffet Fresh surprised - and delighted all guests.

Reviewed By Eric-JanWe stayed for 1 night in this charming, comfortable and clean family hotel. Our vehicle could be parked safely behind the house where Peter and his wife are living and which is situated next to the hotel. Owner Peter is very professional, humorous and knows exactly how to satisfy his customers. The real deal! We got room #31, located on the second floor. There is no elevator, but I am sure Peter would help out if needed. The room was very spacious, had a nice wooden balcony and was very well equipped. Everything you can think of is available or can be asked for. A leaflet listing contact details for all kinds of categories is available, too. Both bed and bath room were very comfortable. The WiFi connection was working at a very good speed. The highlight of our stay was the perfect breakfast - lots of variety and everything tasted deliciously. Peter prepared two egg-based meals for us which were really tasty. Peter also pointed us to an excellent restaurant in the city centre and gave us interesting historical information about the city. Highly recommended!

Even Better than last time
Reviewed By Jim0There are still a lot of steps for handicapped to rooms in hotel. A couple for the Restaurant. The cook made a very nice supper. The rooms are light, airy and big. The toilet is SMALL. Beds good. The service was excellant even though they had a great number of guests. Breakfast was a nice buffet. Many meat specialities. (I guess this should be in hotel too…)

Reviewed By Curiosity59572077638Kamer was redelijk zuiver en opgeruimd. Wel enigszins gedateerd, maar voor 1 overnachting prima te doen en dit mag je verwachten voor deze lage prijs. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, wij hebben hier geen avondeten genoten. Houd er rekening mee dat je cash moet afreken en niet met pinpas kunt betalen

En nous faisant soi-disant un rabais de 5 Euros, car le petit-déjeuner prévu n'était pas disponible. Une vraie arnaque. Chambre propre, sauf la moquette pleine de tâches. L'ensemble est vieillot et aurait besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement.

Bad Buchau is very interesting area
Reviewed By Jim0Well....where to start. On the third floor in a small room? It had a great breakfast. Very nice owner. Room with TV, kitchen, balcony looking on the roofs of the city. Our room was clean and newly painted. We had ONE meal in the Greek Restauant Posidon downstairs. Just once. Therme and Federsee within walking distance. Lots of better restaurants. No parking place near the building.
