Reviewed By 116gabiiI come here every 6 months and always everything is at high standards : the hotel, the restaurant, the pool! But the best is the staff of this hotel who makes the guests feel so good! Everywhere, (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), nice and smiling faces, ready to help you at any time! I want to thank Shoel and Anayet from housekeeping. They are so good and so fast. The housekeeping team members are not so visible, but their work is essentially for the hotel and they do a very good job. Congratulations to entire Crown Plaza Duqum team!

Basic hotel
Reviewed By Mohsin AJust stayed at Ocean for one night in two bedroom apartment. It's new but very basic. Staff is good but needs more cleanliness. No restaurant but the staff will arrange breakfast. Ample parking on site. Just opposite city hotel. Slightly confusing to find as the signboard on the apartment does not mention ocean. Only hotel apartment written on the building. Adjacent to Badr Al Samaa polyclinic.
