We went on a gorgeous January day, blue skies and at low tide we could go miles along the sandy beach - though we were glad we were all in walking wellies as we would have got a bit wet in places without them. We walked back along the cliffs - which is part of the 600 mile South West Coast path - and had some lovely panoramic views on the way. A good coffee cake and a cappucino rounded off the morning nicely.

A gorgeous bay with a peeble filled beach. Great to sit and watch the waves crash in on the rocks. National trust parking. Steep either side for the coastal walk.

Walked around the Church and the cemetry. Loyts of old headstones and tales on them about lost sailors/seamen and war service people. Spo peaceful.

The only tunnel Bude has to offer is open to the public free of charge, walk from the Sainsbury's car park to Crooklets Road completely undercover, protected from the elements whilst maintaining your view to the spectacular surroundings of Bude. Consisting of 36 metal arches and over 70m long, nowhere else in Bude can you walk this far undercover in a continuos straight line, all ages are welcome
I think this is a great depiction of modern architecture, this tunnel has given me many hours of joy as I look at its stunning curves, as it protects me from the wind for my 30 second walk to the store from my car.

A lovely quiet place you can spend the day doing some water sports (kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, pedalos, sailing) while have a picnic or getting a bite to eat at the cafe onsite. There are walking trails you can do. For the water sports you can book activities online and recommend looking to make sure the centre is open as currently they aren’t open everyday of the week.
