Isolated from the rest of Maui by a 52-mile winding drive through coastal rainforest, Hana is an unspoiled beauty dangling from the island's northeastern tip. Untamed Kahanu Garden contains the world's biggest collection of breadfruit and a lava-rock structure believed to be the largest ancient place of worship in Polynesia. Soak up the tropical splendor on beaches with red or black sand. Winter and spring bring humpback whales, visible from Hana Beach County Park.

Great stop for refreshments I got the coconut icecream and my husband got the mint ice cream which were both tasty. Our son got the pineapple smoothie which was beyond wonderful. Fresh with small chunks of pineapple...yum. Wish I would have ordered it myself.

Hana Tropicals is an organic flower farm and orchid nursery. We provide guided tours of our farm, a close-up look at our 150+ variety of orchids, the chance to feel and smell some of our favorite flowers, a glimpse at our animals and sustainable lifestyle, and a personal bouquet for all of our visitors!
My wife and I stopped here on our way back on the Road to Hana. It’s a very neat property. We were given a quick tour and explanation of all the plants that they grow. There are some truly bizarre plants there - very unique. They then showed us all their orchids they grow. There are some amazing looking and smelling (one smelled exactly like chocolate) orchids! They explained that they can ship them to you when they’re just about to bloom. They even gave my wife a free flower! I would highly recommend stopping here on your way to or from Hana!

What a sweet lady we visited within here and the store had such an eclectic offering. I am sure being in this more remote area they need to have a bit of everything in case of a road issue. So glad we made time to stop in. Great store for Hana.
