Typical Mexican candystore full of traditions and romanticism founded on 1874.
This shop is fantastic, they were extremely nice and their recommendations were delicious. We tried several items. My favorite was the lime stuffed with coconut. I asked for them to refer us to a place for lunch and they sent us to Cafe de Tacuba which was some of the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. Thank you!!!

This really is an exceptional place, and tucked away on the edge of the historical centre blocks away from anything touristy, you’d never find it by accident. The shop has half a dozen rooms, with every bit of wall space covered by wooden masks, mostly from Guerrero state, and all of a high quality, and every single one individual and different. I could have spent hours there looking at them all, it was a very tough choice choosing which one to buy. For me this was one of the highlights of Mexico City. (Also - note that the shop closes on Sundays)
This video arcade features everything from air hockey to ping-pong to pinball.
