On the south side of Jeju Island, Seogwipo offers swanky hotels, rugged cliffs, popular beaches and gorgeous waterfalls. The volcanic-rock cliffs located around Jungmun beach are a wonder. Make sure to visit the viewing platform to take in the spectacular vistas. A coastal city, Seogwipo's many activities revolve around the ocean, including diving and submarine tours. Many of the restaurants specialize in fresh, local seafood. There's also much to see and do inland, including temples, art museums, amusement parks and botanical gardens.

I've never imagine that I could spend 3 hrs for a botanical garden and that will be not enough :) The garden is very well and smart planned! Such many things to see inside and outside of main tower! 2 hrs is an absolute minimal time to spend there! Some small shops with hand made decorations and one or two coffee shop are inside of main building. Possible to "rent" a small funny train for to travel around of territory - but in this case just not possible to see and feel every perfect corner of the external garden as the train is going by schedule and route.
