This is the house where Mustafa Kemal Ataturk used to live in. This is a very historic place and worth a visit. Entrance is free so that people can see check it out. There is an English leaflet with information on it, just ask the staff in the office and they will be more than happy to provide it for you.

Following many travellers comments I'd say the mosque distinguishes by its many columns and arches, which reminded me the interior of a gothic church. It has plain yet an elegant style. The dome of the mosque is impressive made by wooden beams in "Kirlangic" style, which we learned to be a traditional roof interior in the ancient times of Erzurum.
