Kyle did amazing. Explained the process and handled a lot of questions from the group. The difference in small distilleries and the large operations. Buy local and support home grown companies that produce a quality product.

The Bear and Peacock brewery and taproom is one-half of the Brewstillery facility situated in Winter Park, Florida. Owned and founded by the same team that started the Winter Park Distilling Company in 2010, they opened the Bear and Peacock in a space adjoining the distillery in 2016, bringing yet another first and only-one-of-its-kind destination to the State of Florida. The name of this Orlando Craft Brewery is a tribute to the first two brands of spirits released by the Winter Park Distilling Company: Bear Gully Classic whiskey and Genius vodka. The Bear and Peacock’s brews are served on twelve taps in the Brewstillery taproom seven days a week.

We had a great tour! Learned a lot about the processes for both beer and spirits. Sampled quite a few and had all our questions answered by our knowledgeable tour guide, Kyle. I would recommend for a lazy afternoon followed by a nice lunch in winter park.
