My friend and I had the best time with Daniela and her assistant Nadia, in fact we didn't want to leave when the class was over! They felt like family after a few hours together in the kitchen. I have taken many cooking classes over the years, and come from a family of excellent cooks, but this was an experience beyond my wildest dreams. We prepared beautiful, simple dishes and talked a lot about the food and Roman fare. It was so interesting and delicious. I will definitely go back the next time I find myself in the city. A special note that Daniela was particularly accommodating with our schedule and dietary restrictions. PS I missed the Testaccio tour this time but will definitely make time for it next visit.
