Reviewed By zerocool19We had 1 night staycation via airbnb. The property was good enought for 1 family but overcrowded in the area, still under construction for other towers.. Near the SM mall & walking distance only.. Security are well maintained.

It is just a 20-30 min drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Mall of Asia, and Makati Business District. This resort-type apartment offers a spacious outdoor pool, children's playground, basketball court, and fitness centre. There is a convenience store and automated teller machine within the vicinity. Shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations of SM City Bicutan is just 10 min away

I was there for 3 months and was told that i had to pay to use the pool...I had to go to the airport to catch a flight to Cebu so i let the front desk know that i needed a taxi the next day and when it came time to leave the front desk told me that there were no taxis available but i could rent a special car, i had no choice and it cost me 4 times more than a taxi would and the driver got mad when i wouldnt tip him.The same driver threatened me several times when i came back from Cebu and made many racial slurs.At one point he told me that he was going to cut my throat in front of a Chateau Elysee security gard and the gard just laughed so i went to the head administration officer and that was a waste of time. I think they all get kickbacks from that high price taxi driver.I have many more bad storys but my advice is DONT GO THERE !!!!!....one last thing, if you stay more than a month good luck getting your deposit back !!

Landmarks nearby: Makati Central District - 15 minutes away All Airports in Metro Manila - 10 minutes away SM Bicutan - 3 minutes away Paranaque Doctors Hospital - less than a minute away

Reviewed By AzitiZthis place is not at all easy to find - despite it being a main drag from the airport. apartment is what it says it is a "studio" aka bedroom deluxe, what that means is it is a self contained space with a bed, sofa and kitchen sink all in one. When booking studios in Manila expect it - although a sofa is a bonus here. Bring own utensils if want to cook food. Wifi is hit and miss - highly recommend buy your own mifi. Apartment (studio) does have balcony though which is a nice touch. Location: not good. It is quite a distance from anywhere interesting - that means pasay or malate or makati, however if you are content with living like a local its pretty okay. If you are familiar with Manila - rating is ok but the rate is low for said reasons. oh and car parking is free if you have a car.

Gestapo resort
Reviewed By AimnellaRun, do not stay here. Your movement is restricted and most importantly, visitors/ family and friends are not permitted in the apartment/unit. Passports are requested upon check in AND confiscated. Don’t let the Paris Hilton smile fool you. This is a gestapo apartment unit.

Reviewed By mkhayeWhat I don't like: 1. Slow check in process. We arrived around 5pm thinking the process would be faster since there were few people to check in. But it took us 30mins with only 2 to 3 people checking in. 2. Overpriced parking fee. Regardless if you bring a car or motorcycle, you need to pay 65php for the 1st 3hrs. and 15php for the succeeding hrs. 3. Dirty units. The sofa was dirty. The pillow on the bed has stain. Few utensils. The spoon and fork looks worn out. 4. Super slow check out process. This is my most hated service of Siglo. I took me almost an hr to check out. I understand that there are many people checking out, but I don't get it why it needs to be that long. I need to follow up cause I saw other people who arrived later than us but was accomodated first. 5. The experience was mediocre. Will definitely try other options first before thinking of coming here again. What I like: 1. I cannot think of anything I like about Siglo's service except that its a walking distance from SM Bicutan and there's a 711 within the residence which is definitely not under siglo's management. ;)

Poor costumer service!
Reviewed By mcastro59Owner not available during check in and not welcoming. No information has been share When we checked in. Room are not clean and not well maintained. Cabinets, tables tv are too dusty. Specially the ac filter full of dust. Bed cover with stain. So disgusting. Cheap rate but it is not comfortable to stay. I will never stay on this property nor recommend to other.
