We recently stayed at one of these apartments and I'm amazed by everyone's positive reviews though I note some are from years ago. We paid a good amount of money for two rooms, kitchenette and two bathrooms. Where do I start??! It was unclean. One bathroom had damp and mould going up the walls, one of the showers didn't work properly and was so hot it was dangerous, neither of the inbuilt hairdryers worked, there wasn't even soap in the on-the-wall pump or tissues in the on-the-wall tissue holders! I know those last two points sound minor but it just highlights the total lack of care and attention to detail let alone the more major points of damp, dangerous shower. The rooms smelt of damp and mildew and the view opposite was a derelict building about to fall down with a massive DANGER sign on a board (this was actually on the same site) and it was really quite alarming considering they encourage families to stay on site. I could go on and on. It was a truly terrible stay and I'm sorry we ever considered Les Belleme Golf Apartments. I would suggest you don't make the same mistake.

We throughly enjoyed our 5 nights at B’O cottage! We arrived 24 hours late due to bad weather affecting our ferry crossing - no problem at all. We had booked a studio room, and had been allocated one on the ground floor. My OH doesn’t like ground floor rooms so I asked if they had any others (at least two of the reception staff speak very good English) and the lady was really helpful and offered me to look at a room on the 1st floor, which we did and took. The room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Weather was freezing, but room was super cozy. - really comfortable bed - great kitchen with kettle, 2 ring hob, micro, toaster, fridge and small freezer - spacious bathroom WiFi signal is poor and no English channels on the TV (no big deal to us, but just noting for others!) We used the swimming pool a lot - which again very clean and warm! Our son loved the kids pool which is separate and kept him entertained for ages! We didn’t eat in the restaurant for dinner but I think two courses was €22. There was a choice of two starters and three mains each eve from what I saw. It looked popular. We had breakfast there on our last day - €13pp. Typical French affair, and very busy when we were there! You can also order your bakery goods the eve before to pick up at reception. Lovely walk into town, which is pretty and some nice restaurants. Very small and quiet, but perfect for a stroll around. (Please note the walk is down quite a hill so anyone with mobility issues would struggle). Lots nearby to see and do! Our son loved the legend of roc du chien! Would really recommend this hotel for a relaxing family break.

Difficult to find this place unless you have a GPS. Satnav did not work when entering Gandelain, but phoned host (Ms Simone) who told me to enter Saint- Denis -sur -Sarthon and it did work. Had to wait for her by the Farmacie (chemist) and followed her to this beautiful B&B. Clean room excellent breakfast. Can't fault them. Ms Simone is a great host ! We walked down to village Bar. Saturday was dead but owners offered us delicious omelette & frites & fresh fruit tart washed down with red Bordeaux. Magic !! (all for 30 euros incl tip total )

We were here for 4 nights but it was a bit disapointing. You can not sit outside (no terrace). This location needs a remake and some people to bring it to life. The swimmingpool needs maintance and inside the house it was not cosy at all.

Basic room with cooking facilities and bathroom. Very clean, exceptionally helpful and friendly receptionist. Close to city centre and restaurants, though in a quiet side street. Under cover parking available for a small extra charge (this needs to be booked in advance) Very good value
