Lovely Apartment hotel on the beach
Reviewed By 917danlMy 5th time at Aparta Hotel Caribi Paraiso. Very friendly and helpful staff,easy check-in. Love that it is right on the beach of Old Juan Dolio. Very nice linens, towels and sheets, good WiFi, a/c and hot water. Each room has a safe and full well equipped kitchen. 5 floors but no elevator. Around $46 a night non ocean view room. Very safe and comfortable.

Would Come Back Again and Again
Reviewed By Barnett MThis was my second time there. The facilities were clean and the staff was alway performing upkeep to keep the complex looking clean and neat whether trimming the bushes or paining the trim. The complex is also very secure and comes with a members only beach and two pools for guests. The air conditioning worked flawlessly as did the internet access.

El Club cuenta con cuatro restaurantes, Casa Club, 4 piscinas, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, pistas de pádel, minicampo de fútbol, un increible centro ecuestre y una hermosa capilla. También ofrece todos los servicios hoteleros, recepción, housekeeping, mantenimiento y seguridad 24 horas, rental desk y lavandería.
Beautiful resort but needs to provide water!

Room and grounds are so lovely, but restaurants are not all open, pools arent all open, and food and drink at each place are not what are on the menus (no dark beer, no chardonnay-so they force you to buy much pricier white wine if you dont like red), and all menus say they are both offered everywhere. The most irritating part is they tell you not to drink the water but they only provide 1 bottle per day, per person. For the price of this resort, I am disappointed in that alone. We have to choose between teeth brushing and hydration unless we want to pay room service to send up water.

Residence Meridiana is an apartment complex that offers the guests free Wi-Fi in the lobby area and private parking. The complex features an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, sun terrace on the roof with breathtaking view over Caribbean Sea. The apartments have functional decor and are air conditioned. They all have equipped kitchenettes with kitchenware, hob and fridge. Cable TV and ceiling fans are also available. The bathrooms have showers. The on-site restaurant-bar specializes in pizzas and also serves international-style dishes. Juan Dolio beach is 50 metres from Residence Meridiana and Santo Domingo can be reached in a 1-hour drive. Las Americas International Airport is 30 minutes' drive away.
Cheap, centric if you are gathering with fellows and reliable place to store belongings.
Reviewed By Yta CGreat gathering point, also reliable place to get oriented if you are an stand-alone tourist. Meridiana Residence is a simple refuge, enough for those who are looking a place to spend couple of nights with basic acommodations. If your main interest is to be close to beaches, hotels, airport or touristic routes and you and if you are more outward-oriented, you'll be sacrificing comfort and quality. But if you're interested in living the experience more than the hotel stay, Meridiana is right for you. Is NOT a comfortable and has a very bad service, but is cheap.

Reviewed By jessicadB3868UHNous avions réservé sur Booking, ne cherchant pas un hôtel de luxe mais avons payé 40 ? pour un appart pourri : rien ne fonctionne, la clim fuit, la TV ne fonctionne pas, le wifi est inexistant...rien pour faire à manger...des fils électriques qui traînent de partout...on se sent en danger dans cet appartement...les portes de placard n'ont plus les poignées ce sont donc des clous qui servent de poignées...le frigo ne fonctionne pas correctement, le bas est d'ailleurs cassé...il y a une terrasse qui donne sur un terrain vague mais pas de mobilier dessus...nous ne sommes pas dans le bâtiment principal mais dans une annexe...pire que le bâtiment principal...rien n'est entretenu...ca sent l'urine dans les couloirs...entre chaque appart il y a un espèce de débarras...sécurité du bâtiment zéro, tout le monde peut rentrer...la piscine est minuscule(elle paraît entretenu)...un restaurant très bruyant n'est qu'à quelques pas de là, cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il est tout de même bon de le savoir...nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes nous n'avons eu que du linge pour 3 personnes...dans une des salles de bain, le bac à douche fuit, le lavabo est bouché... Franchement nous sommes extrêmement déçues pour le prix payé et le prestations reçues...on a l'impression de s'être fait arnaquées... réclamation faite à Booking on verra
