A fabulous Easter spent a week here couldn't fault it, the staff are all so friendly, so many activities for the kids movie night, pancake breakfasts, jumping pillow, water slide pool, Easter bunny visit. Loved the cocktail van for us adults . Nice large sites clean amenities, close to beach and lovely walks. Its a 10 from our families.

Our attractive park is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, sports club and cinemas. We have cabins and campsites to suit all budgets.
We chose to stay here because we belong to the BIG4 membership club. The park is very well maintained in a good position and the service was fantastic. We are not sure if we will stay for 3 or five nights and that didn't seem to be a problem when I booked in, we will decide tomorrow how long to stay depending on how much there is to see here.

Terrible. As soon as we opened the door, half of the living room has water on the floor, no idea where it came from. Unit not as advertised… quite different from what is shown in the advertisement. Furnitures in living room, kitchen and bedroom looks very old. The springs in the mattresses makes terrible noise with even the slightest turns, and we cant even get to sleep properly. Toilet and bathroom is inconvenient as we have to get out of the villa to use one. Aircon does not cool the unit enough as theres only one, located in the kitchen. Could not recommend sorry.

The pictures on the website certainly are not a true representation of the park. The park is mostly populated by long term residents who have pets and sites are cluttered with what can only be described as rubbish. The amenities were not wheelchair accessible as indicated on Google and wiki camps and hot water was hard to come by as the raps had to run for 2-5 minutes to get it to come through. Between the airport noise, the noise of the main road, the dogs barking and the domestic violence arguments occurring overnight and the fear of our stuff being stolen it was the worst place I have ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone. The only good part about our trip here was the staff were very polite and friendly. I was very thankful it was only a one night stop over.

A boutique holiday park on the beach near the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Best location in Agnes Water. Accommodation options to suit all travelers with friendly staff, ocean views, communal areas and cafe.
Spent a week which was far too long. Amenities are outdated, definitely not the best, not all sites have a slab and just sand and dirt everywhere. Water and sewage hoses don’t reach the allocated points, to far, like three sites from your site! The lorikeet come every afternoon at 4.pm and the noise is deafening! We didn’t have a dog but everyone around us did, I don’t understand why we weren’t put in the new part as we couldn’t see it was allowed pets. Terrible stay, never again.

We loved the park and especially our spot looking out to ocean (67). It was out first caravan park experience in our new caravan and everyone was so nice and helpful. Yes internet was not great but for privacy I always tend to use my own anyway.

Fully self-contained, our 4 star apartments are spacious, modern and air conditioned - and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Guests comment on our cleanliness, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and contemporary décor. Each apartment boasts a balcony or patio, many looking over the heated pool, gardens and surrounding bushland.
Lesson to never judge a book by it's cover..... A cracking Park just off the River with great views all times of the day. Older but immaculate facilities . Loved our 3 day stay here. Residents friendly. Tiny bit of noise from Work sites/sheds behind the Park in the day but that is us being really picky.
