Great Small Hotel. We stayed across the street in the adults only section. If you can afford a pool view room rather than standard, it is well worth it. We had beautiful room with balcony overlooking the pool. Even caught a glimpse of some monkeys playing early one morning which was fun. Jacqueline was frequently at the front desk and we chatted with her several nights. She wasn’t working one night and we missed seeing her. Beautiful huge porch over looking water off of the beautiful lobby and terrace area. Used water taxi several times to visit other hotels. Hard to describe how great it is, but we hope to go back again!

This was our second visit to Crystal Cove in the past 12 months, and we enjoyed it just as much second time around! The resort is in our opinion the most "fun" of the Elegant Hotels chain, with a beautiful beach, multiple pools and two good quality restaurants offering both buffet and A La Carte options. We loved dinners at Drifters, sat right on the ocean, and spending the days lounging with views of the beautiful Caribbean. Cocktails are always great, and the rooms while a little old-style well maintained, but you're probably not going to spend much time there! We also really enjoyed the dine around programme, and had a dinner at Treasure Beach and Tamarind during our stay and Waves on our previous visit, which is a nice scene change especially if you have a longer visit. But the part that makes Crystal Cove so special is the staff - everyone we have interacted with has always been so wonderfully kind and genuine. Special mentions on our most recent visit to Kathy in reflections who definitely kept us on our toes, Jensel in the bar who is so friendly and easy to talk to, and Antonette on reception who makes sure everything you need happens! But in general a huge thanks to all the staff. We can't wait to come back next year for our third visit!

Situated on the platinum West Coast, our oceanfront resort is an intimate all-inclusive adults-only boutique hotel where travelers can indulge in art, cultural and culinary journeys and connect with the local community.
We visited this beautiful Treasure Beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary and were greeted by the wonderful Alana on reception. We were asked if we would like a drink from the bar which was brought to us while we checked in, rum punch of course. Our cases were taken to our room by Shen who again was so friendly and professional, fantastic guy. We had a room on the first floor, all rooms are suites (there are 35)and it doesn’t matter which room you have as you are literally steps from the restaurant, pool, beach bar and sea. Our room was wonderful with a lovely balcony, fridge and sofa in the separate lounge. It was serviced every day by the fantastic Denise, another wonderful member of the Treasure Beach Team. The food was absolutely amazing every day, it was like dining in a Michelin Star restaurant. The hotel put on an island trip which was included in the price of our stay, where we visited Bathsheba, the wonderful Hamilton’s Pottery, an Art Gallery and bespoke jewellery shop in Speightstown, they even included a lovey hamper on the mini bus with water fruit and snacks. On our wedding anniversary Denise decorated our room with balloons and left a lovely card wishing us a lovely day and later on a bottle of bubbly was bought to our room, it was so kind and we really appreciated it. We went to the other hotels for lunch which are part of the Elegant group on the water taxi with Derrick (Waves, Chrystal Cove, Tamarind, Colony Club) and also caught the reggae bus to Turtle Beach on the south of the island. We caught up with Nicholas Deane ‘the bajan warrior’ at Chrystal Waters, you can watch him on YouTube, he walks the beaches of Barbados every morning and gives lots of tips and information about the island, brilliant info, lovely man, well worth following. We also visited La Cabane and went to QP Bistro (The Cliff Beachclub) on our anniversary which Alana kindly organised. Barbados is amazing, the people are so lovely, the beaches and ocean are just idyllic, island time ?❤️. Thank you so much everyone at Treasure Beach for making our first holiday out of lockdown the most memorable we have ever had, it was amazing. Alana, Franscoise & Sabrina on reception you were brilliant, Shen, Natalie and Denise thank you, all the dining staff and bar staff, everyone we came in contact with were friendly, happy and professional. We will be back, lots of love Julie Ann & Stuart Moores xxxx

Mango Bay Barbados is ideal for those seeking the convenience of an ALL-INCLUSIVE beach vacation combined with the personal and friendly service of a small resort. It enjoys a sought-after beachfront setting in St. James, on the famous west coast of Barbados. There are restaurants, bars, boutiques and cinema just steps away from Mango Bay in lively Holetown, including the brand new, upscale, LIMEGROVE LIFESTYLE CENTRE across the road from the resort. Mango Bay is approximately a 45 minute drive from the airport, and a 25-minute drive south of the hotel takes you to the capital Bridgetown. Mango Bay definitely gives you added value for an all inclusive hotel- included is a complimentary two-hour catamaran cruise to see the turtles, waterskiing & a glass bottom boat ride.
just returned after 3 fab weeks. food is great, staff are great. Meet loads of repeat guests and it was just like a family reunion. This hotel is the only place for me and my Husband. Keep up the good work and god willing we will be back

Tamarind rests on a premium West Coast beach and features premium guest rooms, an intimate spa and relaxation space, and two restaurants. Contemporary sun loungers, day beds, and decks transform outdoor spaces into outdoor 'living rooms' providing flexible spaces for dining, drinking, relaxing, and events. Complimentary features include motorized and non-motorized watersports, daily buffet breakfast, WiFi in rooms and throughout property, fitness center and classes, and water taxi to other Elegant Hotels' west coast properties.
After reading a few negative reviews about The Tamarind on Trip Advisor we were slightly nervous about our holiday and I even spoke to our travel agent about swapping to another hotel. I am SO glad we stuck with The Tamarind. From its perfect West Coast location on a stunning beach with its very own coral reef, to the beautiful outside dining area where you can enjoy the spectacular Barbados’ sunsets, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It has a very chilled out vibe, but with two family-friendly swimming pools, my young children had an awesome holiday alternating between playing in the pools and swimming in the calm and crystal clear seas. They also liked popping into the Kids’ Club for an hour or two of chill out time in the afternoon. During our stay we made the most of the hotel’s dine around programmes and visited two of its other hotels for lunch, Crystal Cove and Turtle Beach. Visiting these hotels made us so glad that we’d stuck with The Tamarind! While Crystal Cove is a lovely hotel it felt a lot more crammed in and we weren’t so keen on the feel of the restaurants. Turtle Beach really was a disappointment, and it felt more like a cheap Spanish hotel than a premium Barbados one. The buffet lunch had huge queues and half the food had run out and hadn’t been refilled, while the other half was cold and soggy. The beach is lovely and big, but the water is often too rough to venture into. Back to The Tamarind, and another well-used highlight for us was the inclusive water sports. The team were really helpful and even got my 7-year-old son water skiing - which he was ecstatic about. We also took out the sail boats and tried the banana boats, rings and wakeboarding. When we went it was very easy to book a slot with lots of availability. Through the hotel you can also book a boot trip to snorkel with turtles and both my children (and us) had an unforgettable morning, made even better by an entertaining captain and guide. The only reason for giving the hotel 4 stars, instead of 5 was that we felt the food and drinks could’ve been better. In general it was good, but it felt like more buffets than I was expecting and it would’ve been nice to enjoy more A La Carte dinners. Also on the drinks front, the cocktails felt very weak compared to what you bought at an actual bar. We ended up buying a nice bottle of rose and some beers from the garage across the road. That being said, I think this is all fairly standard for an All Inclusive holiday. What I would recommend is that you make the most of being able to book into The Positano restaurant next door to the hotel. The food is lovely and the service fantastic. Overall an amazing holiday and we’ll definitely be returning to The Tamarind.
