Experience award-winning wines in a fun and relaxed setting in the heart of the Black Hills. We’re Hill City’s only working winery and Sandi Vojta, our fifth generation winemaker, handcrafts each wine, often using old family recipes, just a few steps from our Tasting Room. To provide our guests with the best possible wine tasting experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now requiring reservations for all free wine tastings. Visit https://prairieberry.com/visit/wine-tasting-reservations/ to learn more or to make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate walk-in guests who wish to do a free wine tasting, but we cannot guarantee availability. Our Kitchen offers housemade menu items including gluten-free, vegetarian and kids’ options. These seasonal menu selections pair perfectly with our wines and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Enjoy a meal on our patio with our beautiful views of Black Elk Peak (formerly Harney Peak). Our brewery, Miner Brewing Co
What a great stop on our trip through the Badlands on on our way to Mt. Rushmore. First we started with a great lunch and had a 1:30 reservation for a wine tasting. The person that served us was great and knowledgeable and we all enjoyed the interactions. The wine was really great and the history of the place and the woman who is the creator of all these wines and the adjacent brewery has mad skills. This is worth the stop and we will enjoy some of this wine here in upstate New York.

Largest selection of Dakota made wines, foods and gifts. We also carry wines from around the world, and offer daily wine tastings. In addition we carry olive oils and balsamic vinegar's, sauces, dips, meats and cheese. Fun filled atmosphere and great service!
They sell a variety of the locally made wines in this shop and they sell wine slushies, which were amazing! We attending during the local BBQ event and found this shop by chance while walking around Main Street. So glad we did! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who like to have fun and make their customers smile. They even offered me a slice of pizza as I was waiting in line. I think that was just an employee who was in the store off the clock with some pizza being extra friendly, but I thought she was nice.

Firehouse Wine Cellars is a working winery in historic downtown Rapid City where we craft a variety of wine styles. From oak-aged reds and crisp white wines to sweet dessert styles - our knowledgeable staff will help you find a wine to love!
We stopped here while waiting for a table at the brewery. The drinks were cheap and they tasted great! Little shop connected to it has cute stuff! Great games for the kids.

Belle Joli Winery is offering Highest Quality Wine and tasting room is in Deadwood, South Dakota. Belle Joli has multiple award-winning wines, the grapes are grown at Jackson Vineyards, Sturgis and Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
My wife and I went here mostly to avoid the bikers who infest the rest of Deadwood. We were very nicely surprised by the place as a result. They have a nice wine selection and some of their grapes are even grown in South Dakota, who knew?! The interior space was sufficient but more importantly they had lots of nice patio seating. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. I recommend 2-3 hours for a stay to do a tasting and then enjoy a couple of glasses on the patio.

Craft brewery and Internationally awarded winery located along the beautiful spring creek in Hill City, SD. Enjoy our kitchen with menu items crafted with wine and beer.
My humble opinion is that you can save yourself some disappointment by driving past the other breweries in the area and stopping here. Firehouse offers expertly crafted beers for a variety of tastes and does so in a really nice facility with excellent service. After sampling several of their beers we wound up taking a few crowlers home with us and they were every bit as good back at home. I say that because sometimes you kind of get "in the moment" at a place like this and think you really like something and then when you get it home and are comparing it against your usual selection, it pales a bit. Not so with Firehouse beers. The service was excellent and my wife even enjoyed some of the wine offerings. After seeing all the signs along I-90 we were kind of expecting an over-hyped tourist trap experience, but that wasn't at all the case. Firehouse is highly recommended!
