Thanks to Scott for a fantastic tour of DUMBO, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and all the extra little bits in between. We had such a great day, learned so much and will be talking about those delicious Jewish Pastrami Rueben's forever! We will be sure to recommend your tours back home in Australia.

I understand that we are all dealing with Covid 19 during this stressful time. However we decided to take this tour and booked many weeks ahead. The tour was cancelled as we were boarding our flight to fly out west and left us stranded. No hotels. Just sent a little email saying I hope you get this email that the tour is cancelled. Extremely unprofessional. Didn’t offer to try to help us make other arrangements. Will definitely hesitate to book on Viator again.

Upon arrival at JFK on a Sat. night after a long day of flying from Australia we were picked up. The driver put our four bags in the trunk, us in the back seat with our backpacks and then informed us that we were picking up another rider … in LaGuardia. After picking up the other person, cramming her luggage into the trunk, her and her pack into the front seat we proceeded. We finally arrived home, two and a half hours later. So far, not great but survivable. I called customer service to complain about the two airport swing and the length of the trip and was told that " even McDonalds makes a mistake sometimes". Also, that this is SOP (both airports) and that they were only over their 2 hour trip time by a little bit. When I said this was the third time that Winston had messed up my trip I was told that "only three times in a number of years isn't bad". Needless to say I will no longer be riding with Winston!

This review covers the Northfork vineyard wine tasting tour on Saturday Nov 4th. I can only summarize the pick up as chaotic and unprofessional. The bus was over an hour late and I had to call THEM to get updates. They did not call/email people waiting with us (around 40-50 people). Thus, we were a confused, wandering mob in midtown Manhattan, jumping at the sight of every bus stopping at a corner. Finally found the bus several blocks away from its designated pick up point. Avoid this company.

Great, curated and relaxing experience! I gathered friends for a sweet escape from the city to celebrate my April birthday. (Note: Weather was VERY chilly, so I look forward to experiencing the tour in warmer weather). It was nice to hop on a bus and let the organizer handle everything from there. We visited two wineries. First stop, fun! We were served sandwiches with wine. We also toured the facility. Second stop, more fun! We were served cheeses to complement the wines. So many opportunities for Instagram-worthy optics. I think I captured 500+ that day, lol! We made a third (bonus) stop at a farm stand, which, for those interested, it was a great addition. Then, we hopped back on the bus to head back to the city. Of course, we napped and relaxed headed home. Highly recommend the DAY TRIP TOUR!
