We will first start with an explanation on how mezcal is made followed by a tasting of 3 different mezcals, each made of a different agave plant or from different regions within Mexico, you will be able to taste the variety of flavors and notes of each plant and region in which they grow. After the tasting we will finish with a quick class on how to prepare a delicious mezcal cocktail (you can drink it also!).
