With literally thousands of wild animals including many on the endangered species list, its no wonder that San Diego Zoo is world famous. At the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, you will be inspired by the African Serengeti and the endless expanses of the Asian plains, the 1,800-acre San Diego Zoo Safari Park offers you an exotic safari adventure unlike any other outside of Africa itself. With mobile tickets, simply scan your phone for direct entry into the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park.

I'm a travel nurse, currently on assignment in Los Angeles. I've always wanted to visit this zoo. I was told by locals that "it's not what it used to be", and that the traffic from LA was horrible. Let me tell you, this is the most fantastic zoo I've ever seen, and I visit the zoo every place I'm assigned. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee. It is beautiful. I wish I had more time to go again. Sad some of the in-zoo tours aren't open yet, but the zoo is still full of wonders. Be prepared to walk and climb. The patrons were good about wearing masks. The price of food and souvenirs was acceptable. The only bad part of this experience was the drive back to LA (on a Sunday). Took 2 hrs to drive there but 3.5 hrs to drive back ( do people live in San Diego and commute to LA lol m) One of the best touristy things I've done since assigned in Los Angeles.

I did not actually take their shuttle. This is a review of their website and support. I booked a pick up at LAX for late night Monday, 15 July 2019. During the payment process that all showed correctly. After paying, the pick up showed as scheduled for midnight on 10 January 1970. I immediately called their support line as shown on the webpage. Their support line DID answer. That would be a point in their favor except the guy on the phone was so bad. I (admittedly was upset but not at all abusive) explained the issue. He told me it was MY fault that I had entered it wrong because the screen just takes whatever I entered. WTF?!?! Even if I did it wrong, why accuse the victim instead of addressing the issue?!?!? I called him a liar because that historical date was not even an option! He said he would cancel the reservation so I read him the code. I asked how I would receive cancellation confirmation and he just hung up. He did NOT cancel it. LIAR! Later I cancelled it from the webpage.
