Open for tasting and sales on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.Come on an interesting and educative "How Wine is Made" tour which includes a visit to the vineyards, a walk-through of the winemaking process and tutored tasting of the wines. Lunch can be provided as part of the tour. By reservation only.

A very pleasant afternoon had understanding the path and processes involved in Wine production. I started the afternoon as a Wine peasant, and ended not much further forward other than at least a realisation of what went on, and what to expect from a fine Wine. Jonathan whose Vineyard it is, covered all the aspects of the change from a humble grape into Wine, and explained the varieties he grew. The fact being English and giving the tour in English was a really welcomed break from having to deal with translation. The trip ended with a very pleasant tasting session complete with nibbles. Without doubt I thought that their ‘Le Secret’ was excellent, and brought a few bottles home with me. If I’m ever back in the area again I would happily spend a few hours there hopefully understanding the techniques a little more.
