Magnificent to visit even on these cool yet sunny days, I know that this place so full of cavernous nooks and crannies, is just as breathtaking and extremely interesting during the warmer months ahead! With very limited time to explore or take a guided water tour, we simply commit to return soon and take but of time to bask in the brightness of all of this local GEM!

Discovered in 1716 and later used as a hideout for the notorious Jesse James, this large cavern contains five floors of unusual formations.
We loved the cave tour this weekend! Everyone was very friendly and the tour guide was great! He was especially good with my 6 year old who asked about 1,000 questions haha! This was a very fun family outing. We would love to come back in the summer for canoeing on the river and zipline.

This was our first zip line experience and I was extremely nervous. The staff was awesome and helped me feel safe and confident. My two teenagers smiled all day and didn't argue so that right there is a miracle in itself. I will definitely Zip again.

Animals in this zoo live in horrible conditions, small cages, bath tubs, single animals outside their natural environment. This is no entertainment, business like this should not be supported and be shut down. This is not how you want your children to experience wildlife.

We have over 11,000 sq. feet of primitives, vintage, antiques, advertising signs, country store items and so much more (2-floors). If you like old you will love us! We love having a huge variety. We like knowing the person just starting to collect can come in and find something along with the person who has been collecting for years! Open everyday 9-5.
If primitives are your interests start downstairs and walk the entire floor...good selection. Upstair there are many (small) booths/vendors with items of interests. One note is that their is a old book vendor that has done a good job of organizing and presenting the books, check it out.

We had a great time! We rented a canoe and floated for about three hours on the Meremac river. The kids and I loved it! The scenery is beautiful. We drove from St Louis and it was definately worth it. I would recommend it
