This is a small temple surrounded by greenery, much like most of the small temples in Ghat hills. I heard from our guide that this is 800 years old temple. Trek next to this temple is a easy one and the hill is named as Pandavara Gudda - it seems Pandavas had passed through this gudda (hill) during their vanavasa period. Trekking is easy and beginners can have a good experience trekking this!! P.S: Kindly do not litter and also educate others who litter

The viewpoint is a must-visit if you are in and around Sakleshpura. I reached there on a Thursday and that too at around 9 am. So the place was not crowded only a Pre Wedding Photography was going on so there were only 5 or 6 people other than us. Any place which offers you a great view and brings you closer to nature should be experienced without much headcount and so my suggestion is to be early birds and watch the ghat view and cool your eyes. Kukke Subramanya temple if few odd kilometers drive from here. The viewpoint entry is bang on the main road so you won't miss it. Park your vehicle properly as the entry point is at a road curve.

stop car 1 km away and walk. the road is not good for small cars with the current state of road (Oct 2020). after the temple, there is a viewpoint. great location for a photoshoot. best visiting timings: 10 am to 4 pm

The drive to this waterfall is amazing. One must park their cars on the road and take a short downward flight of steps to get to the falls. It has 3 levels and at each level you can enter the fall & touch water. Its not a huge fall but has a good flow of water & is clean. Since the area is around is quite narrow I would suggest going on week days as I feel on week ends it would be crowded not just by tourists but also by locals.

Travelled to dharmasthala on Dec 22 ,2017 via shiradi ghat. Roads are good only 25% of concrete stretch and the till gundy its a nightmare if travelling in a low slung cars like Figo. Due to sand dust we can't even stop the vehicle and take a brake in middle. Avoid this stretch if travelling with family.
