A beautiful converted church nestled in the rural farming landscape of New London, offering daily experiential culinary classes and nightly intimate Island dining that bring together local history, food and culture. Each day, hands-on culinary classes showcase fresh Island ingredients, teach cooking techniques, and immerse visitors in the food and tradition of PEI through interactive demonstrations and trips to local farms and fisheries. At night, intimate Island dinners bring together up to 20 guests around the large harvest table to interact with the Chef, share an exquisite meal and experience Island hospitality. Reservations required.
Unique dinning experience, great ambiance in this beautifully renovated Church. Food was exceptional, all PEI products prepared to perfection. If you like charcuterie boards as an appetizer .. this is the place for you, best one yet! All Island cheese, meats, homemade relish and sauces. Highly recommend the Table Culinary studio.

We noticed this shop on our way to Summerside and decided we must stop on our way back. The Village Pottery is a lovely little shop that handles the works of many different artisans so there is a lot of variety in designs and colours. The displays tend to be grouped by colour since even the potters have their favourite hues. I was most taken by the handleless clay wine mugs with the finger and thumb indents. As much as I loved them, I could not justify spending $50 for a pair. I can appreciate the work that goes into these pieces but they are pricey.
