Montgomery is a town in Orange County, New York, United States. The population was 22,606 at the 2010 census. It was named in honor of Richard Montgomery, an American Revolutionary War general killed in 1775 at the Battle of Quebec.

The Orange County Arboretum is well kept and beautiful! It is a lovely place to visit during all four seasons! We often take special occasion pictures here. If you plan to visit, please be respectful to this serene and lovely space!

We took a drive to see the park based on a recommendation from our Innkeeper and were so pleasantly surprised, this is a real gem. The arboretum was beautiful and a nice place for a quick picnic lunch.
