There are several stops you can make to view the Bunda Cliffs with the outlook better at some locations than others. While some old sights are closed due to unstable cliff tops, other places along the way are easy to access the sights over the Great Australian Bight. Some stop points are signed, others not. If you have a 4WD, you can easily drive along the dirt roads, (some a little overgrown) both near the cliff faces or further away for dozens of kilometres if you wish. If you choose to do so, it is easy to access the highway on several roads and many locations along the way, just turn right and head North - it’s not far.

after the relentless drive across the Nullarbor Eucla and the beach and wharf are great for a afternoon swim and walk before beers at Eucla Roadhouse

An easy 5 minute drive from Eucla on good roads, the Old Telegraph Station is well worth the visit and a must even if driving through Eucla. I visited in December and got there at about 0430 and the lighting was superb for photographs. The local council does absolutely nothing to educate visitors with no information board provided at the site (explanatory notice)? The vandalism from what I could determine has been there for some time with little undertaken by council to clean up this historical relic.
