A wide variety of classes and courses are taught by presenter of the Great British Woodshop television series, David Free. Courses for men and women include DIY, Woodwork, Upcycling and Upholstery, Box Making, Power Tools and Spray Painting. We also offer a Woodwork Saturday club for 11-16 year olds. Classes are held in a large, bespoke workshop in West Byfleet.

My 9 year old Grandson had a great time and learnt how to use many power tools safely. He produced an impressive sled with guidance/help from David. He loved it and can't wait for it to snow!!

Visited with my daughter and granddaughter, 17 months. Lovely bright, clean 'street' of play experiences. Builders yard with life size plastic bricks, hi viz and safety helmets. Supermarket with mini trolleys, babies in baskets, large choice of 'fresh' and packaged foods, shopping lists and Tikl.BBQ with pinny, picnic table and plastic food. Police station reflected cuts in services! Just a sign and a uniform. Doctors, opticians and nurses had uniforms, numerous glasses. I liked the real Ishihara chart on the wall (colour blindness). School all jigsaws etc had all parts intact (nothing more annoying than a form board with missing pieces, does nothing for a child's moral either), interesting word maps of continents that was missing Europe and Asia! Theatre with ice cream stall, stage, loads of dressing up costumes (lots of frilly dresses and super heroes), fake make up that looked so real you had to touch it to check. Huge train, a bit of a nightmare with high steps in an out, well high if you're only 16 months old! Roag layout with lots of push along cars and trucks. Cafe available but we didn't try it. Amazing facility we need something like this in North Wales ????????????????????????????

Visited the Plough yesterday with my family for sunday lunch. All main courses were priced at £8.95! We sampled the beef, lamb and pork ,all were excellent and this must be the best value sunday lunch in Surrey. So sorry that Dave and wife are moving on, hope they come back soon.
