Castalia State Fish Hatchery

Reviewed By Vivgoesvroom - Fredericksburg, United States

You can bring bread or cheerios and feed the teeming stream of trout at the hatchery, and then drive back to the blue hole (underground artesian well) that feeds the stream. There is a also a walking tour of the hatchery process and access to the winding stream where the fish grow before being released for sport fishermen. The blue hole is not as developed as the old tourist attraction, but still wonderful!
