I love this park (I've been three times now). The bird show is so cool and interesting - the birds fly right over your head (you might feel a wingtip). The whole park is a great learning experience and really amazing. If you love birds of prey, and animals in general, go to this park.

Chateau of Rambouillet

Over the course of time the 14th century fortified castle has been home to a number of illustrious personnages who gradually transformed it into a delightful residence acquired by Louis XVI. The royal estate is now a presidential residence, open to the public and used at intervals to receive heads of state invited to France. It contains some magnificent examples of interior decoration, such as the marble chambers, the rococo decorations in the “Marie-Antoinette” apartments or those used by Napoleon in neo-Pompeian style. It is surrounded by a formal garden, canals and five islands. The visit includes the castle, the Queen’s Dairy and the shell cottage. Site with the "Outstanding Garden" label. Open:> 1st April to 30th September: from 9.50 a.m. to noon and from 1.50 p.m. to 6 p.m.> 1st October to 31st March: from 9.50 a.m. to noon and from 1.50 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed:> Tuesdays.> 1st January, 1st May, 1st November, 11th november and 25th december.
