I never would have known this if it were not for my friend who came here for a Photoshoot of the sunflower. As an alumni of Calpoly, I am glad that I shopped here to support the students. This store stocks a lot of fresh produces from the farms at Calpoly. I bought some fresh sweet corns here with this trip. The store also sells plants as well. They do have quite bit of selections. Next time, I will spend more time to explore their products. The area where the farm store is located is across from the campus. It’s surrounded by hills and farms. Beside the store, there is a nice sunflower farm here which is perfect for photoshoot. My wife and I came to take picture of the sunflower and the surroundings. This is the season to enjoy the blooming of the sunflowers. Next to the store is a vineyard. I felt like I was in Napa valley. I was really surprised with all the things to see here.

My husband and I were in Pomona for the swap meet and had some extra time so we decided to visit the museum. Now I am not a fan of the sport but I must say it was quite interesting. There are a lot of cars and memorabilia that is well worth the visit. And it is quite inexpensive. Took us about an hour.

Founded in 2001 and opened in September 2004, AMOCA is one of the few museums in the United States devoted exclusively to ceramic art and historic innovations in ceramic technology. It is located in an area abounding with ceramic history and internationally recognized clay artists from the Arts and Crafts Movement, the 60’s Clay Revolution and the current Studio Pottery Era. Geographically, the building is located in an urban downtown district where art is an important element of the continuing and successful community revitalization program. The home community consists of a rich ethnic mix and a large academic constituency with approximately fifteen institutions of higher learning within an eight-mile radius.

We attended the 2020 season opener, Winternationals. The track is well run. The seats were good; the spectator stands are in good repair. There is a wide variety of food products for sale.

Attended 1/2/20 with family not knowing what to really expect based upon reviews elsewhere. What a GREAT Experience. The glowing lanterns were amazing, made for great photos, and the setting was pretty cool being in the botanical garden area. Parking was easy, and YES, Fairplex charges for parking just to enter. Would do it again and bring others that would also enjoy viewing the artistic display . Didn't try any of the food offerings, so can't comment on them. Drove from the Desert to see this display. Worth it...

Founded in the 1920s in Pomona, CA, the LA County Fair is as much a celebration of California’s agricultural history as it is good ole’ summer fun. Carnival rides, parades, and fair animals are commonplace here as are any fried food or barbecue staple you can imagine. The fair has also incorporated some more contemporary elements over the years like local art exhibitions and a summer concert series featuring iconic musical artists like Patti Labelle and Lynyrd Skynyrd. A whimsical time for the whole family with non-stop California sunshine to boot.
