Warwickshire Flight Experience is a family owned professional business situated in the heart of Warwickshire. We are located in the middle of 500 acres of picturesque farmland which has good access from both Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon. We operate a Boeing 737 – 800 NG simulator and the Iconic WWII Spitfire Simulator complete with Battle Of Britain software. The Boeing 737 simulator is fixed based and a replica of the actual aircraft. There are only 2 Spitfire simulators in the UK, and ours is one of them! The WFE simulator replicates the actual cockpit of a Spitfire, with full instrumentation and a realistic control column – the famous ‘Joystick’ – which incorporates a firing button for the machine guns. Flights commence after a thorough briefing by our instructor, to enable customers of any age above 16 to become an ‘ace’ pilot.

I bought this as a gift for my husband Dan. On arrival we had such a warm friendly greeting from Keven who over tea and biscuits filled us in on what Dan would be doing. He then gave us so much incredible information and so many historical facts it was amazing. I was thrilled to be told I was welcome to join in and watch Dan in the Spitfire as he flew over many famous landmarks and battled his way through the enemy. I would recommend this to everyone. I’m hoping to get Dan the F1 experience next. Thank you for making the day so special for us both.

We are officially obsessed. Not sure if we’re ever going to leave. Land lady kindly fed and watered us (read: wined) for a lovely cosy Sunday. Atmosphere was as full bodied as the Malbec that accompanied us. The pub feels like a warm hug that is good for the soul.

A lovely 16th century pub in the lovely village of Henley. Very friendly staff and very good food. Fish and chips was delicious !

Farm shop sells great cakes, sausage rolls, pies, coffees etc Lovely lady who makes you feel welcome. Plenty of places to sit outside.
