We visited this spa yesterday for a hammam and massage, the service was excellent from start to finish, the massage was bliss and then the hammam was very good. We were definitely scrubbed clean!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Mellow is my 'local' Hamman and massage in Tamraght. There are a few places in Tamraght you can get a massage and hammam but Mellow are incredible value for money and without a doubt the best massages you will find in the area. There is no time wasting and they are very attentive . The ladies are also very polite. If you are an native english speaker I would recommend here too as a lot of the other spas struggle with spoken word but Mellow are great. 5*.

I trained at Yozi's gym for about 1 year! First of all the view of his rooftop gym is breathtaking! Training with that view made every session special. Yozi is a very professional trainer, with tons of experience in Morocco and abroad. He was able to focus on my goals and to give me specific exercises to reach them. I don't think you ll find a gym like yozi's anywhere. So if you want to stay fit and have fun at the same time, it's the place to be!
