Excellent selection of Atauro crafts including wood carvings, weaving, metal items and clay pots. Shop open 1-5pm Sunday to Friday and Saturday 9am-12noon and 1-5pm. Besides that Sentru Atauro Diak is a Business Incubator and training center to research, test and develop livelihoods and business opportunities for replication in local communities.
An NGO that works for a good cause, reducing poverty in remote communities of East-Timor. With a team formed mainly by locals and incredible people, and the store is plenty of unique and exceptional Timorese artisanal products. My passage there was totally worth it.
