We cancelled the tour in advance and have NEVER been refunded the payment, my advice to anybody is to avoid at all costs this tour

Next, ride beyond the tourist path, down little streets, passing by the great Ueno Park through the most colorful temple of Japan, Asakusa Senso-ji. Brilliant bike tour of Tokyo at night. Very informative and the electric bikes are fun to ride. The sights were interesting and you get to see some lesser known areas of the city.

I really enjoyed the trip! Saw some cool places that I would likely have not found on my own. The ebike is well maintained and super fun to ride. The shop also offers very nice (e-mtb, gravel and road) bikes for rent which I will be trying in the future. I also learned how to navigate the tokyo streets and the unspoken rules of the road which should be handy for solo rides. Jun was great and offered to take pictures of me on his phone. At no point did i feel rushed on the trip which I appreciated. I was also given a chance to modify the route based on my preference!”
