One of the three principal islands of the Maltese archipelago, the island of Malta is the largest of the chain. Its capital Valletta, a lively, bustling city with many buildings dating back to the 16th century, teems with cathedrals, palaces and forts. The impressive Grand Harbour offers a dramatic arrival. The top archaeological attraction is the UNESCO-designated Hypogeum temple ruins, a macabre, 5400-square-foot underground necropolis and the world's only underground prehistoric temple.

Urban Valley is great and Zeeshan Taimoor keeps the restaurant at the pool running extremely well with the upmost of excellent service. Tribar who served us was great and went out of his way. We will all be back.

I've stayed at the Maritim Antonine on several occasions and it's always a pleasure to return. The location of the hotel is perfect and the view from the roof terrace is one of my favourite views of Malta. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall cleanliness of room, pools and restaurant was good. Can’t say the same for the Jacuzzi as it can be cleaner. Rating is low due to consecutive bad experiences with restaurants and pool bars; especially with delayed food & missing food items, serving other tables (with same food item) before us and rude staff handling the provided complaints.

The gateway to luxury in Malta Standing apart on a natural peninsula fringed by the sea, The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta brings warm-hearted, luxurious Mediterranean living to a vibrant, historic island. Maximizing on its exclusive and enduring appeal, the property has an enviable beachside position and is accessed via private gateway, inscribed with Virgil’s thoughtful proverb, “God made this gem for us”.
Had such a wonderful and beautiful stay. Large rooms and great amenities. Swimming pool, bar service, staff, everyone was great and could not help enough! Nearby is the Casino which is just awesome! I did not try all the restaurants as they were closed. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was lovely and a good spread. Only gripe is that you have to pay for Wifi! Unless in the lobby area it is free. Found that rather odd. Had a lovely massage too!

Reception staff went above and beyond following my recent holiday when I had to wait over 24 hours for my suitcase to be sent from Manchester. They provided essentials and repeatedly phoned the airport for me to chase my case. The apartment was large and very clean with all the essentials for self catering. The pool was comfortable to use, on my own, not always the case, always available sun beds nice temperature and pleasant surroundings
