An all inclusive resort on one of Guadeloupe's finest beaches. Located in the heart of the Caribbean, La Caravelle all inclusive resort is an ideal setting for a vacation retreat. Soak in the Caribbean sun on the golden beaches of Guadeloupe, experience island culture in the markets and shops of Point-A-Pitre, or treat yourself to the ultimate spa treatments at the resort's wellness center. With activities for both parents and children, La Caravelle is the perfect winter retreat for the entire family. Children, young and old, will be thrilled to take a class at the truly unique trapeze and circus school on the resort grounds. While the children try their hand at juggling, trampolines, or tight ropes, parents can enjoy a peaceful meal at one of the many beach side restaurants.
We drove into club med at Saint Anne's guadeloupe by accident as we followed Google maps which was to take us to another hotel but took us into club med instead. After realising our mistake we turned around and drove out but the security guard had closed the gate and refused to open it. He was extremely rude and refused to interact with us when we tried to show him Google maps mistake and to ask him how to get to the hotel we were supposed to be staying at. This happened this evening 4th of June 2022. This guy was so so rude we felt compelled to write this review.

We stayed here for 12 days and fell in love with the location and friendly staff. Our sea view bungalow was small but modern, practical and clean. Breakfast is great and the bar offers snacks during the day. Perfect place to discover the island.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in May, i.e. low season. We arrived at 8pm when reception was already closed but there was a sign for us with a number to call and assistance arrived within a couple of minutes. Please note that Google maps has the address for this place slightly wrong. We followed the directions and ended up a few roads further on, having to do a three point turn in the dark and with the backwheels in a ditch! The next morning the manager took us back with a few helpful blokes who managed to lift the car out without any problems, great assistance! We opted to have breakfast every morning. Whilst it may seem expensive €15.50 per person) what you pay for is having limitless breakfadt in a beautiful setting overlooking the pool. Btw, this hotel was the setting for one of the death in paradise episodes. Breakfast was buffet style with fruit, yoghurts, cheese and cold meats, , pastries, rolls, cereals and cooked eggs to order. On days where there are only very few people you have the breakfast delivered directly to you table. Whilst we were there, the restaurant was closed but we managed to sort ourselves out a quick snack from the basic food store next door (by the petrol station) and after that found a couple of larger supermarkets towards St. Rose (E Leclerc and Carrefour). Of the two, we preferred the carrefour where we also managed to buy some cheap towels for the beach. The apartments on our side had all been newly renovated and were beautifully done up. The main room has aircon enabling a good nights sleep. The bathroom feels luxurious with a walk in shower. The terrace has a small kitchen corner with a fridge, microwave and a two ring ceramic hob. There was plenty of equipment to cook for two. Mosquitos were a problem though, even with 50% deet but so far, no major effects. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Hire a car and there are plenty of attractions to explore within an hours drive.

A very decent place, ideal to use as a hub to explore Marie-Galante, certainly value for money. The breakfast is nice, with a personal touch, and during your stay at the resort you will always have this beautiful view over the sea, which is only a few metres away. If the pool would not be there, the waves would be at your doorstep. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Coco Beach Resort. Thanks to the hospitality, helpfulness, and service with a big smile. Any issues we had were properly addressed, language barrier or not. In preparation for the high season there is still some work in progress but staff was working hard to get things sorted (e.g. wifi in the room, make more sockets available in the room).

Renovated in 2016, located on the Guadeloupe Riviera of the Pointe de la Verdure, the Zenitude Le Salako stands on the edge of the most beautiful sandy beach of Gosier. Turquoise sea, spacious and well-equipped rooms, children's club, nautical base to explore the nearby islands (Petite Terre, Les Saintes, Marie Galante), the hotel has all the assets for a holiday both active and relaxed. Pointe de la Verdure has many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The Casino de Gosier also offers slot machines and gaming tables, a cinema and a theater. Gosier is ideally located in the heart of Guadeloupe which makes it the starting point for many day trips or half day. The hotel offers standard and superior rooms as well as apartments with kitchenette on the terrace for a relaxing stay.
Not the simpiest to found the hotel from highway especially at evening. Buildings are in a lush garden. Clean rooms, super view to pool and to the sea. Free wireless internet. Nice beach area, fine breakfast. Interesting, that breakfast have to pay immediately - may no room credit?
