They let us see both river view and new villas before we decided to choose the new villa #101 - we were the very first guests ever staying at that villa! Beautiful room with tiny rice paddy view, nice bed, smart TV, nice little infinity pool, outdoor rain shower & huge tub. The pool was even nicer at night with the lights ?. Location is not on the main road, but still convenient to get to Jl. Raya Ubud or Jl. Monkey Forest.

Four bungalows, each consisting of a bedroom, lounge, bathroom accessible from both bedroom & lounge, mini kitchen/office in the entry. Comfortably accommodating 4 adults or 2 adults, 2 children. The lounge can be reconfigured with a king size bed or 2 king size single beds. Each bungalow has 2 A/C units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge), fan, safe, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, televisions & DVD players to both the bedroom & lounge.

Reviewed By claude2015172Got this hotel at a very affordable price. Breakfast included. Breakfast basic, but sufficient. Tea and coffee in the room. Excellent value for money. The location in Ubud is perfect. Many restaurants, shops and supermarket within a few steps from the hotel. The hotel itself offers taxi bikes and car facilities. Advance booking necessary. Credit card accepted. I stayed in room no.6 overlooking the garden and pool. Beautiful sunset view overlooking the rice fields. Peaceful and tranquil surrounding. The staff are absolutely kind and friendly. Everyone of them are very warm, welcoming and ready to serve. Incredible service delivery. Well done to all of them. Will definitely use this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Location is only good thing
Reviewed By thelittlebutlerThe location is very good, it is in the centre of Ubud. The pool is okay but the sun loungers are rusty and mouldy. This place is not even cheap we paid £20 a night to stay here (I’ve stayed in £3 a night places nicer than this). The toilets are disgusting and have open holes so mosquitoes and other bugs can enter. The doors do not shut or lock properly, the bed is uncomfortable and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned. The staff are unhelpful and rude and the breakfast is disappointing. Also the WiFi is absolutely shocking and works for about an hour a day.

Reviewed By GiswitchFor your money (which will vary considerably depending on the season and your method of booking) you will receive excellent accommodation in one of the spacious, tastefully decorated and clean cottages in central Ubud. The development has a very Balinese flavour and we always looked forward to sitting on the veranda listening to the frogs and cicadas after dark. Unfortunately, we were also listening to the live music from the nearby restaurant. But, that's Ubud today. The breakfast which was included in the price is brought to your room. Order the day before.
