KLIA Ekpres is one the government's best initiative! It is so convenient to get to the city from the airport in this. I would recommend you get a return trip ticket, if you need to use it once more when you get back to the airport (KLIA), so that you can save RM5. The return ticket date is flexible. If you take Malaysian Airlines, you can also check in your luggage at the KLIA ekspres station, and it transports your luggage to the airport for you, so you can get onto the train with less baggage hassle! Wonderful service, indeed!!!

The transport system was easy and cheap. The staff help you if you are stuck for what to do. We caught a train to the Batu Caves with ease and it was very cheap,

Go there from KL sentral entering Nu Sentral and you will know the signage to Monorel... it’s quite hectic on peak hour.. if you want to go to Berjaya Times Square , you can take monorel to Imbi Station

i took the train first from Ipoh to KL Sentral and on a later date from KL Sentral to JB sentral via Gemas and eventually took the shuttle over to Singapore. Although it is not he fastest way to travel I found it very comfortable. All trains had a good standard, like in Europe if not even better in some cases. The toilets were for example fully equipped with toilet paper and were kept quite clean. The seats were comfortable enough. All trains were perfectly punctual. The views from the train were nice, better than the high way from a bus. The aircon was a bit on the cold side but not too bad. Also have to be attentive when they call out the trains since not all stations had working electronic signs or the ability to see the train coming. The JB-SG shuttle made the entire border process so much faster and easier compared to taking the bus.
