Many family members have owned Packard cars and still rave about them so many years later. I was somewhat aware of the local connection to Ohio, but while we were not far from Warren we decided to visit the National Packard Museum. This is a very nice museum with an amazing collection of cars and history. Cars from all 4 years when Packards were built in Warren; a beautiful Packard convertible purchased by Howard Hughes for his wife; examples of Packard's contributions to the war effort. This is not a museum that you finish in 30min and forget, this is a solid multi-hour experience that will make you really appreciate the Packards and what was born in Warren. Also if you're wondering, the museum is well setup to be a safe place during this pandemic with good health safety measures and the ability to enjoy the museum and still be socially distant. Check it out, it is worth a drive to visit.

If you love history, the Victorian Era and have an interest in those who were helpful in the Underground Railroad, then you must visit the Sutliff Museum. Beautiful period pieces. Located in a beautiful section of the downtown Warren area.
