Reviewed By becka0612First off customer service was horrible. Employees acted annoyed if you asked for anything. I asked if they had any salt or pepper at breakfast and was rudely told ,"we don't have no salt or pepper here". I was at the pool with my son and 5 year old grandson and a very loud car pulled in behind the hotel, the guy got out and had a hand gun. There was another family with 2 small children also. We all immediately went to our rooms. My son told the front desk attendant and he said "I talked to him, he said he wasn't waving it around or anything, just messing with it." I said that shouldn't happen with young kids around and he said he's gone now. I will definitely not be back!!

Great Place to spend a night

This became quite important as I took quite ill during the night which necessitated we remain an extra day and night which was mostly spent in bed. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely plan to stay at this Comfort Inn during our future travels.

Reviewed By slytNashvegasThe best thing was the lady at check in and the next lady at check out. They both were so friendly and did their job very efficiently. The worst was the room. At first, we were kinda ok, until I pulled back the sheets and saw stains. YUCK!! The bathroom was hideous. We were only there from 10pm until 6am the next morning. Our home was only 6 hrs away - so we did not step foot into the bathtub. We slept on top of the comforter as well. It is a shame that this place is allowed to function as a hotel. What is more surprising is that there are actual good, recent reviews! We did not say anything when we checked out b/c we were in a hurry - had to get home.

Reviewed By jntcmNot only is this NOT the best value in America. It's the worst value in the world. The hotel is extremely run down, mere steps from being condemned. My room stunk of garbage. There were ants, flies, and roaches. There was a second broken TV on the floor covered with dust. The smoke alarm was missing. Most of the room had been vandalized with some kind of marker. The carpet was filthy. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. There were many places where the walls had been badly patched. One of the beds was missing a headboard. This place is a complete dump. The caliber of people inhabiting the parking lot and lurking in the shadows is also quite alarming. Definitely not a place for families or single women.

Reviewed By 93summerdStayed here for work 1 night & the pictures made the room look nice so we gave it a shot. When we got into the room it was disgusting. Floor was dirty, chairs were tore up then we had huge flies in our room. Throughout the night more had somehow got into our bathroom so there was 7 in there this morning. I don’t know what type of flies they were but they sure were all over the place in our room. Our bathroom was just as disgusting as the room. Floors were completely dirty. The shower head was gone so taking a shower was just like laying down in the tub and using the faucet to bathe. There was dust every where. It looked like no one ever dusted in there, that’s how bad it was. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it and it was opened up a good amount, which could be the way the flies got in there. We travel for work all the time because that’s our job and I have never stayed in a hotel that was as bad as this one. I most definitely will never go back to that hotel ever again.
